Specialist work sits alongside the recurring scope: post-construction cleaning, window washing, carpet extraction and day porter coverage during business hours.
Price follows four things: square footage, visit frequency, the scope you choose and the condition of the building. A 6,000 square foot office cleaned three nights a week costs far less per visit than the same building cleaned once a week, because soil never gets a chance to build up.
Most Kansas City providers quote per visit or per month. Ahlers quotes from a walkthrough, not over the phone. A walkthrough is the only way to see floor type, restroom count, traffic patterns and the state of the finishes. Phone estimates get corrected later, usually upward.
