    How we clean commercial carpet

    Carpet is vacuumed, pre-treated in traffic lanes and stained areas, then hot-water extracted to lift soil and cleaning solution out of the fibre. Spots are treated individually. Air movers shorten drying so carpet is ready by the next morning.

    Scheduled carpet programs

    A carpet program sets a calendar: interim cleaning of entrances and corridors every one to three months, and full extraction of all carpet every six or twelve months. Scheduled cleaning keeps carpet looking even and extends its life.

    Salt and sand tracked in during Kansas City winters are the main cause of grey traffic lanes. A spring extraction removes the winter build-up.

    How long does carpet take to dry?

    Usually four to eight hours with air movers. Evening cleaning means the carpet is dry by the start of business.

    Do you move furniture?

    We move light furniture such as chairs and small tables. Desks, filing cabinets and systems furniture stay in place and we clean around them.

    Can you remove old stains?

    Most food, drink and soil stains come out. Dye, bleach and some ink stains are permanent. We tell you what to expect before the job.
