Pressure washing
Hot or cold pressure washing removes grime, gum, bird droppings, grease and winter salt residue from concrete entrances, sidewalks, patios, dumpster pads and loading docks. Low-rise exterior walls, awnings and signage are washed at the pressure the surface can take.
Parking lot sweeping
Lots, garages and drive lanes are swept to remove litter, leaves, sand and debris. Sweeping is scheduled monthly, weekly for retail centers, and after winter to clear the sand and salt left by snow treatment.
Scheduling
Exterior work is scheduled early morning or after hours so it never blocks customer parking. Spring and autumn are the busiest seasons; book recurring dates to hold your slot. Our cleaners are our own employees, never subcontractors. Every person on the crew is insured and background-checked before they enter your building.
Frequently asked questions
Can pressure washing damage concrete or paint?
Not when the pressure and nozzle match the surface. We test an inconspicuous area first and use lower pressure on painted or older surfaces.
How often should a retail parking lot be swept?
Weekly for high-traffic retail and restaurants, monthly for office parks, and once after winter for every property.
Do you handle snow removal?
Snow removal is not part of this service. Ask about it during the walkthrough and we will say what we can arrange.
