    What is included

    Exterior glass is washed with professional squeegee and pole equipment on ground-level and reach-pole heights. Interior glass includes windows, glass partitions, conference room walls, entrance doors and display cases. Frames, sills and tracks are wiped so dust does not run back onto clean glass.

    Buildings and schedules

    Storefronts and showrooms usually run monthly because glass is the first thing a customer sees. Office buildings run quarterly, with interior glass cleaned on the janitorial schedule. Post-construction projects include a one-time clean with sticker and paint-spot removal.

    Limits and safety

    We clean glass that can be reached safely from the ground, from reach poles and from interior floors. Multi-storey exterior work that needs lifts or rope access is quoted case by case. Our cleaners are our own employees, never subcontractors. Every person on the crew is insured and background-checked before they enter your building.
